Nutrition Therapy for Disordered Eating

My one-on-one nutrition therapy is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re navigating an eating disorder, feeling stuck in cycles of dieting, or simply wanting a more peaceful relationship with food, I am here to help. Using Intuitive Eating and non-diet approaches, we’ll explore and let go of diet culture myths, rebuild trust with your body, and create space for more freedom and satisfaction in eating without the guilt.

Nutrition Therapy for Medical Conditions

If you’ve recently been diagnosed with prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol and know it’s time to make health behavior changes without diets, restriction, or guilt you’re in the right place. My nutrition therapy approach helps you build supportive habits that improve your health while still allowing flexibility, enjoyment, and balance with food.

Supporting Families

I love helping families navigate the sometimes overwhelming world of feeding a family. Using responsive feeding principles, I guide parents in creating a positive, low-stress mealtime environment where kids can learn to listen to their bodies, explore new foods, and build trust in their own hunger and fullness cues. My goal is to help families find joy in eating together without pressure, power struggles, or rigid “food rules.” During our session we can navigate the complexity of meal planning, grocery shopping and prepping in a way that helps your family thrive.

Supporting Fellow Dietitians or Dietitians 2 Be

Are you a dietitian who is curious about your own relationship with food? As providers, we aren’t immune to diet culture’s messages and it can feel especially complicated when we’re holding space for others while still learning how to extend compassion to ourselves. Through one-on one counseling I help dietitians unpack those beliefs, practice self-care, and embrace a weight-inclusive, intuitive eating–aligned approach, so they can thrive both personally and professionally.

Nutrition Therapy for College Students

College life brings new freedom and new challenges when it comes to food. Between dining halls, late-night study snacks, eating on the go, and busy class schedules, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stuck in unhelpful patterns. Whether you are trying to maintain your recovery or newly struggling with your relationship to food, we can navigate the struggles together. My approach helps students learn how to navigate campus dining with confidence, fuel their bodies without rigid food rules, and build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food that supports both academic and personal wellbeing.
